Strawberries

|
Strawberries are grown at MAFA 4 under an integrated crop management system. In
order to avoid unnecessary handling; a large proportion of strawberries are
field packed and then transferred to the pre-cooling and cold stores facilities
at the soft fruit packhouse facility at MAFA 4 which is BRC-food certificated.
The strawberry puree is processed in a subcontracted facility. The availability
and the certification scope of strawberries are illustrated in the following
table:
