Ready-to-Eat Salads Unit

- Magrabi's salad unit was evaluated in April 2003 for the first time against
the requirements of the EFSIS standard for companies supplying food products
(Issue 5, July 2002) incorporating the requirements of the BRC technical
standard-food (issue 3, April 2002.).
- The unit is also certificated against the requirements of McDonalds food
safety verification standard since 2003
- The compliance section provides an update on
Magrabi Agriculture's salad unit's compliance status as acknowledged by third
party certification bodies that are approved by the standard owners.
