Leaf salads are grown at MAFA farms under an
integrated crop management system. All leaf salads are field packed in order to
avoid unnecessary handling.
The final product is then transferred to the pre-cooling and cold stores units
at the soft fruit packhouse facility at MAFA 4 which is BRC-food certificated.
